Description
xOverview
The Cumbor 29.7-40.6 inch Baby Gate is designed for homes with little explorers and four-legged companions. Its sturdy metal frame and thoughtfully designed features aim to create clear boundaries in busy living spaces while remaining easy to use for adults navigating daily routines.
Why it stands out
Safety is built into the core design with a dual-lock system that makes it harder for toddlers to open the gate. An auto-close mechanism engages when the gate is opened and then left at an angle under 90°, helping to return the gate to a closed position without extra steps. These details are paired with a trusted pedigree as a Mom’s Choice Award recipient, reflecting real-world testing and family-focused insights.
- Mom’s Choice Award winner, backed by years of hands-on design and testing
- 30.5" tall gate with a 29.7" wide main door for comfortable walk-through while carrying items
- Adjustable width spans 29.7"–40.6", enabling flexible placement in various spaces
Two reliable mounting options
Setup is flexible to fit your home. A quick pressure-mount option requires no tools and holds up to 150 lbs, ideal for doorways and hallways. For stairs or high-traffic use, the included hardware mount secures the gate against stronger forces—up to 210 lbs or more.
- No-drill, pressure-mount installation suitable for many spaces
- Hardware mount delivers robust stability on stairs and busy areas
Versatility for many spaces
The gate is designed to fit a range of interiors, including stairs, doorways, kitchens, and more. The Y-shaped bolts enable secure installation on round stair railings without drilling, expanding where you can place a barrier while maintaining clean, uninterrupted lines in your living areas. The gray finish complements modern home aesthetics while focusing on practical safety.
