Koala Babycare Original Silver Nursing Cups – Nipple Shields for Nursing Newborn

Overview

Koala Babycare Original Silver Nursing Cups are a discreet, reusable solution designed to support you during breastfeeding. The cups rest gently on the nipple area, creating a light barrier against fabric friction while you feed. Made from pure silver, they offer a soothing touch and can be reused across the entire nursing period and beyond, making them a durable addition to your breastfeeding toolkit.

Key benefits

• Protection and comfort for sore and cracked nipples: the silver surface provides a soothing touch while guarding against direct clothing contact.
• Odorless and baby friendly: no creams or lotions are required, helping maintain the natural feel of milk and baby latch.
• Two sizes for a versatile fit: regular and maxi sizes adapt to different breast shapes, with an anatomically shaped cup that stays discreet under clothing.
• Quality material and sustainability: made from pure silver, these cups are reusable through breastfeeding and future pregnancies.
• Easy to use: apply a drop of breast milk inside the cup so it adheres to your skin, then place it and wear under your bra.
• Non perforated design: the intact surface helps maintain moisture around the silver ions while you nurse.
• Natural maintenance: silver is not chemically treated, and a simple cleaning method with baking soda restores shine.

How to use and care

• Start using a few days before birth as a preventive measure.
• Place a drop of breast milk inside each cup, then position on the nipples and wear under your bra.
• Between feeds, remove and reapply as needed for ongoing comfort.
• Care: rinse after use, mix a little baking soda with water to form a paste, rub gently with a soft cloth, rinse and dry. Silver darkening is natural and does not affect performance.

Care notes

For best results, handle with care and store in a clean, dry place. The natural patina that develops over time is a normal part of silver; it can be restored with the cleaning method above.
