Maymom’s 16mm Flange Inserts (Long Plus) are designed to adapt your existing 24mm shield to a smaller inner tunnel. This 2‑pack offers flexible sizing without needing new shields, helping you maintain your preferred pumping setup while exploring a closer fit across a range of brands and cups.

How it works: slip the insert inside a standard 24mm shield to reduce the nipple tunnel from 24mm down to 16mm, enabling a more centered seal and a comfortable pumping posture. This can be especially handy when you’re balancing multiple brands or changing during the day.

Versatile compatibility

• Compatible with Medela PersonalFit and Spectra 24mm shields, reducing the tunnel to 16mm for a snug fit.
• Also designed to pair with Momcozy S9 Pro/S12 Pro, LegendairyMilk, and Tsrete Wearable 24mm silicone cups.

Broad device compatibility and practical use
